The aim of the training was to bring together (VET) teachers and trainers from partners’ countries to familiarize with the E-Classes project and with the Course on Flipped classes methodology for VET teachers and the use of ICT and OER in teaching. Beside this the international training facilitated the teachers’ network which will act as promoters of the E-Classes project at local and national level.
Duration: 5 days

C2 – Short staff training, 06th – 10th May 2019, Place: Lucca, Italy
Participants from all partner organisations, according to the attendance list.
Activities took place at Via Santa Chiara, 10, Lucca.
The aim of the training was to bring together (VET) teachers and trainers from partners’ countries who were directly involved in producing and implementing the flipped classes and used this methodology in their teaching. Best practice examples, both for the flipped lesson and for the in-class activities haven been presented by all participants. Teachers engaged in direct cooperation with each other in order to transfer the learning and to share the main strenghts of this method.
During the 5 days of training, participants were also engaged in creating a Photovoice event to empower through their art, the importance of international learning&sharing and to bring new insights and perspectives over the European cooperation.
