For the implementation of the E-Classes project, the partnership has planned 4 transnational project meetings. The transnational project meetings (TPM) will involve all the partners, are addressed to monitoring the project implementation and set up all the aspects and guidance for the implementation stage and development of products. The TPM are established according to the project timeline, and each of them will have a specific focus.

The learning, teaching and training activities are integral to the achievement of the project objectives, results and intellectual outputs and will be a key feature of supporting the evaluation of the Open-Online Course on Flipped classes methodology for VET teachers and the development of the Flipped classes multimedia lessons. The training activities align directly to impact measurement and sustainability framework/taking the project forward on the Virtual E-Classes Learning Platform.

E-Classes project includes 2 Training Activities:
– SP-VET-SHORT – Short-term joint staff training event for VET teachers
International training for VET teachers on how to create flipped classes and make use of ICT and OER for teaching.
– SP-VET-SHORT – Short-term joint staff training event for VET teachers
International training for teachers on flipped model for making class time more enjoyable, productive and engaging for students and teachers across the world.

The added value of including learning, teaching and training activities in the project is that 60+ teachers and engaging in the proof of concept:
– Blended learning/teaching – face-to-face approach supporting the follow of the open online course for teachers, involving practical activities (practice oriented training) and share of experiences.
– Joint working – participants will deal with group activities, cultural contexts and collaboration.
– International approach and collaboration, multiculturality and diversity.
– Motivation, commitment, shared responsibilities, creativity, innovation, engagement in a range of “hands on” activities, research skills, collaborative working, problem solving, technology, and organisational skills.
– Mixed target groups – cooperation between teachers at European level, involvement in simulation activities.
